This policy describes, without unnecessary jargon, how Menopratex Editorial S.A.C. handles personal data received through menopratex.com during 2026. It is drafted in line with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations.

Menopratex Editorial S.A.C., with Peruvian tax ID 20612874903 and registered office at Av. Javier Prado Este 2945, Of. 1402, San Borja, Lima 15037, Peru, acts as the data controller for the personal information collected through this educational portal.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to share through the contact form: name, email address and the content of the message. We do not request identity documents, banking data or financial assets information. We do not sell financial products, so we do not require an investment history.
3. Purpose of processing
We process this data to answer your editorial query, send you the requested material and keep an internal record of correspondence. We do not use your email to send third-party advertising and we do not share your information with companies that sell financial products.
4. Retention
We retain form data for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last contact, unless you ask us to remove your information earlier by writing to redaccion@menopratex.com.
