By using menopratex.com you accept these conditions. We drafted them in plain English so you understand what kind of portal you are interacting with.

1. Nature of the service

Menopratex is an exclusively educational portal. We publish articles, reviews and materials about AI-based trading algorithms. We do not provide personalized financial advice, we do not manage anyone’s money and we do not sell investment products.

2. Responsible use of information

The information published is for informational and educational purposes. Each reader must cross-check what they read with their own sources and, where appropriate, consult an independent financial adviser duly authorised in Peru before making economic decisions.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, illustrations, glossaries and materials published belong to Menopratex Editorial S.A.C. or are licensed for editorial use. You may quote short fragments by indicating the source and a link to the original article.

4. User conduct

When writing to us you agree not to send defamatory, illegal or rights-infringing content. We reserve the option not to reply to messages that breach this rule.

5. Third-party links

In some reviews we mention third-party platforms. We do not control their operation and we are not responsible for their availability or for the decisions you make on those sites.

6. Limitation of liability

Menopratex does not guarantee economic results derived from the use of algorithms mentioned in its articles. Financial decisions are the exclusive responsibility of the user, including the risks associated with market volatility.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms to reflect legal or editorial changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page. If changes are substantial we will flag them on the home page for fifteen days.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Cercado de Lima, except where mandatory rules say otherwise.
